What makes us different from those "Box-stores":
In a "box-store" you pay an inflated price to cover the overhead of leasing and staffing a large retail unit. But what are you getting for that inflated price? The technicians have limited resources at their disposal, and corporate policies which create miles of red tape and often result in lower-quality service. The technicians are required to use and sell certain products due to corporate sponsorships, whether the product is the correct one for the situation or not. Technicians are usually underpaid and the turnover rate is high, meaning you will likely never deal with the same person twice. Most stores offer in-home service through an independent contractor who is not affiliated with the store. These services generally start at $150.00 just to get them to show up, and like the cable company they give you a 4+ hour window where they may or may not show up. Each additional hour will cost you at least $60.00 and the quality of the repairs is questionable at best. If an issue then arises you will spend hours on the phone trying to convince someone who was not the person that came in your home that the service was not successful.
We do things differently. You will deal with one technician, from start to finish. If you have questions about any of the work performed you can call directly and talk to the technician who did the work personally. Our prices are simple and straight-forward. You pay $30.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. If you are on a budget, let the technician know and we will respect and stay within that budget. Parts cost less through us due to the multitude of channels we use to always find you the lowest price for the highest quality item. We ask you what a good time is for your appointment, and show up on-time. If you are unsure of how to use your product, from software to hardware, we will take the time to show you. We offer classes for everyone from first-time users to experts, and will never talk down to anyone. All of our computer systems are custom built from industry-leading parts and carry at least a one-year warranty, all for around the same price as a "cookie-cutter" pre-built system. We can then install your custom system in any environment; including marine, auto, business, and secure.
